After over a decade working for several tech startups, I decided it was time to break free and create something that truly mattered to me. I wanted a business that not only fuels my passion for coffee but also makes a positive impact on the world around us.

That’s how Saratoga Sundry was born. I envisioned a mobile shop that would let me share my love for the perfect latte while exploring the beauty of upstate New York and beyond. I’ve gone all in on a retro-inspired camper, electric powered and zero-emissions, keeping our planet happy as I serve up smiles.

But it’s not just about the coffee. I’m committed to working with suppliers who share my vision of making a difference. Every product we offer is American made, eco-friendly, sustainably and ethically sourced. With an empasis on minority, woman, and veteran owned small businesses that give back a portion of their proceeds, because doing good for the planet is at the heart of everything we do.

When I’m not serving up your favorite caffinated cup, you’ll find me hiking a mountain, soaking in the beauty of nature, or paddling on a lake. My camper lets me change up the scenery and stay inspired.
